The scientific program of the conference will run from Nov. 3 (Saturday) to Nov. 6 (Tuesday).

There will be two special plenary sessions on the afternoon of Nov. 5 (Monday) in memory Prof. Hongfang Chen.

IAC meeting will be held on the evening of Nov. 5 (Monday).

Goals

This conference is the 7th conference of ATHIC. It brings together the heavy-ion experimentalists and theorists mainly from the China, Indian, Japan and Korea to discuss the progress in our understanding of heavy-ion collisions physics and the future perspectives.

Conference fee

The normal registration fee is CNY 1500 covering the banquet and all meals during the conference. For students, the registration fee is CNY 800 with the same coverage as the normal one. More details please click this link.

Financial support

The registration fee can be waived for a limited number of students. In order to request the support, please send an email to athic2018@ustc.edu.cn with the subject "Financial Support".

Conference Accomodation

The accommodation will be at FengDa Grand Hotel (4 star), 7 km from the workshop venue, about $60-120 per night. Transportation between the hotel and conference venue will be provided in the morning and the evening. More details in this link.
